Bob C. LeFevre (la-fee-ver) was born May 7th. 1978 in Alpena, Michigan. After graduating Alpena High School with honors in art he attended Columbus College of Art and Design in Ohio. It’s there that he expanded the horizon of his artistic abilities by venturing onto other aspects of the art field. By his second year at C.C.A.D. Bob had landed a spot on the Deans List through his use of perspective, color and overall enthusiasm towards creating and learning.

After attending C.C.A.D. Bob went on to take over a formally syndicated “comic stip” called The Adventures of Aaron. His responsibilities included and were not limited to writing, inking, drawing, and coloring the strip. Along with editorial, publishing and promoting responsibilities. After a lengthy stint on that strip LeFevre created a completely new strip called Whoopty & Drew compiled of characters loosely based off his time in college.

Bob’s next endeavor became his life long love of comic books. His first “comic book” work was a short story in the pages of Digital Webbing #17. It featured characters from his own book Aletheia and sported an eye popping wrap around cover he drew displaying an adrenalin fueled snapshot of the action inside. This one illustration sparked a whole new crop of comic book clients that range from a Transformer cover illustration to full fledged interior illustration work for various comic companies. Recently his work gained very high recognition through DC comics by winning a talent search contest geared towards the art of comic books and the up and coming creators of them.

Along with his current work in comics Bob also works with advertising companies and has produced work for Frito Lay, Adidas, Lego and many more.
